We do not accept returns, credits or exchanges on custom / made to order items.
All custom/ made to order items are final.
Please make sure you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalising your purchase.
Exchanges are all dependent upon stock availability. We will exchange items that are sent back to us within 7 days of you receiving the order.
If you do wish to exchange your goods please advise us upon receipt of your purchase.
Please email email@example.com clearly explaining your reasons for exchange. All costs of returning the goods are your responsibility. We highly recommend insuring the parcel to the full value to the contents inside and ensure the parcel is strongly packaged as not to damage the products.
All items must be un-worn, in the original packaging and with the original tags and tickets still attached. Please note that all postage costs incurred by the exchange are; once again; your responsibility. Your exchanged items will be posted out as soon as we have received the original item in perfect condition including the extra postage cost via Pay Pal.
